No. The monthly lease runs month to month and you can stop whenever you like. Prepaid 3 or 6 months are non-refundable: the site runs to the end of the period, then continues at $49 a month or stops — your call. Want to keep the site when you stop? Buy it with your lease credit.

Monthly is $49 a month with no commitment; Google Business Profile setup is a $99 add-on. 3 months prepaid is $147 and 6 months prepaid is $234 — $39 a month, 20% less — and both include Google Business Profile setup free ($99 value). We don’t sell longer prepaid plans: past 6 months, buying the site for $390 is the better deal.

Hosting, SSL, uptime and domain-renewal watch, backups, and fixes if anything breaks. On a lease, care is included, with 1 change request a month. When you buy, care is free for the first 3 months; after that the Care plan is optional at $99 a year, with up to 6 change requests a year.

No. Your $49 stays $49 for as long as you stay.

Yes, at any time. Half of what you’ve paid on the lease comes off the $390, up to $195. For example: after 4 months you’ve paid $196, so $98 comes off and the site is yours for $292. Prepaid counts too: after 6 months prepaid ($234), $117 comes off and the site is yours for $273. From the 8th month on, the full $195 comes off.

Yes, at no extra charge: $390 at once, 2 × $195 (today, then 30 days later), 3 × $130 a month, or 4 × $97.50 a month. Until the last payment the site stays on our hosting; once it’s paid, we move it to you. If a payment is missed, you have 7 days’ grace — after that the site goes offline until it’s paid.

You do, on both options. The domain is registered in your name, so it stays yours whatever you decide about the site.

Updating text, photos, prices, opening hours or a menu, or adding a short section. The lease includes 1 change request a month; the Care plan for owners includes up to 6 a year. Bigger additions, like a 6th page, are quoted up front before any work starts.

Not before you’ve seen your draft. Once you’re happy with it and want it live, we send you a secure payment link: your first lease month, your 3 or 6 months prepaid, the full $390, or your first installment.

Yes. From $199 a month we set up and manage 1 campaign on Google or Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and send you a monthly report, whether you lease or buy.
